On Feb 14 we baked 6 chicken pot pies in 9x13 dishes from scratch! With planning and preparation it was easy. We came in one hour before dinner and mixed the ingredients and baked the pies in the four ovens. We heated one big pot of green beans ,and that's about it.For dessert, we served brownies which we baked ahead of time and for drinks we had two gallons of tea and two gallons of lemonade. Just for fun ,in the spirit of the holiday, we handed out valentines!
